Description

The HMS GPR120 is a 120 cm long, gym-quality straight barbell, ideal for upper body strengthening, rowing, shoulder and arm workouts. The grip is knurled, ensuring a stable, non-slip grip even with heavier weights.

The bar comes with two star-shaped clamps that securely hold the weight plates, while internal rubber rings prevent them from coming loose during training. Threaded sleeves allow for quick and secure attachment of the plates.

The bar is made of high-strength, hardened steel, and the chrome plating provides long-term protection against corrosion. The 30 mm handle diameter guarantees a comfortable grip and is compatible with most classic 30 mm weight plates.
