How long is the delivery?

Delivery is usually 3-7 business days, depending on product type and stock availability.
We work with European suppliers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee depends on the chosen delivery method and the weight of the package.

We provide free shipping above a certain order value, which we always indicate on the site.

What countries do you ship to?

By default, we ship to Hungary.
Upon request, we also send packages to European Union countries.


For orders from abroad, additional costs may apply, which we will discuss with you in advance.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we issue an invoice for every order.
Since iFitCore is a tax-exempt business, the invoice will be marked AAM (VAT-exempt).

How can I pay?

We currently offer the following payment methods:

In the case of a transfer, the order will be processed when the amount has been received by us.

I received a defective or damaged product. What should I do?

Please send us a picture or video of the product.
Depending on the error:
• We will replace it for free, or
• We will refund the purchase price.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Yes.
Durable consumer goods are covered by a 1–3 year warranty by law.


The Buyer is also entitled to:
• warranty of accessories
• product warranty

Can I return the product? Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes.
According to the law, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

What is the iFitCore PRIME purchase progress bar?

The PRIME shopping progress bar is a reward system that restarts every two months ,

which activates milestones and gifts based on the total value of product purchases.

The goal is not to encourage one-time spending,

but rather , rewarding conscious, regular shopping .

During what periods does the progress bar work and what milestones can be achieved?

The progress bar operates in two monthly cycles :

  • January–February
  • March–April
  • May–June
  • July–August
  • September–October
  • November–December

At the beginning of each period, the progress bar restarts .

The following milestones can be achieved in a given two-month period:

  • HUF 25,000 – 750 extra iFitCore Credits
  • 50,000 HUF – Gift
  • 75,000 HUF – Gift
  • 100,000 HUF – Gift

What counts towards the progress bar value?

Only product purchases are included in the progress bar value.

Does not include:

  • iFitCore PRIME membership fee
  • shipping cost
  • other service fee
Does purchasing a PRIME membership increase the progress bar?

Not.

PRIME membership is not a product ,

but a service that provides access and permissions,

so it does not increase the progress bar value .

What happens when I reach a milestone?

When a milestone is reached:

  • the system records the access
  • the gift is activated as an entitlement
  • about the method of gift delivery
    the user receives separate information

Achieving a milestone is not lost within the given period.

What happens if I exceed a milestone?

If you reach multiple milestones with one order,

all milestones achieved are retained

within the given two-month period.

What happens at the end of the period?

At the end of the two-month period:

  • the progress bar resets to zero
  • The new period begins with new opportunities.

Gift entitlements achieved in the previous period

they are not lost,

but they cannot be carried over to the next period.

What is iFitCore Credit?

iFitCore Credit is a credit that entitles you to a purchase discount ,

which can be used when purchasing products.

Credit:

  • non-cash
  • non-refundable
  • not transferable
How many credits can be used for one order?

The amount of credit that can be used per order is 3000 Credits.

How long are the credits valid?
  • Credits from weekly credit: for 180 days
  • Post-purchase credits: 1 year

Expired credits are automatically deleted.

Can gifts be exchanged for money?

Not.

The gifts:

  • not redeemable for cash
  • not interchangeable
  • no other products can be requested instead
What happens if I return a product?

In case of return:

  • the refunded amount will be deducted from the progress bar value
  • if this reduces the amount below a milestone,

    the given milestone may be invalidated
Who can modify the terms of the system?

iFitCore reserves the right to
that the progress bar system conditions
modify it for business or legal reasons.

Changes are always communicated in advance .

Is the progress bar available to all customers?

Not.

The shopping progress bar is available exclusively to iFitCore PRIME members .

What exactly is iFitCore PRIME: a product or a service?

iFitCore PRIME is a time-based premium membership that provides access, privileges, and discounts. It is not a physical product, but a service.

How long is PRIME membership valid? Does it renew automatically?

PRIME membership is valid for 6 months from the date of successful payment and activation.

Not.

PRIME membership does not renew automatically , each extension is a separate decision.

When is PRIME membership activated?

After successful payment, PRIME membership will be activated within 1 hour .

Does the 5% cart discount apply to all products?

Yes, the 5% cart value discount is automatically applied to all orders placed as a PRIME member , unless a specific exception is noted for a given product.

Can the discount be combined with other promotions?

The PRIME discount cannot be combined with other promotions in all cases . The current conditions are always visible in the cart.

What happens if I don't use my credits on time?

Expired credits are automatically deleted .

Can the credit be used for shipping or membership?

Not.

The credit can only be used when purchasing products , up to 3,000 HUF per purchase.

Can the PRIME membership be cancelled?

Due to the almost immediate start of the service, by purchasing the PRIME membership
the buyer waives his 14-day right of withdrawal , according to applicable law.

Can the terms and conditions of PRIME change?

iFitCore reserves the right to develop and refine the system,

all changes will be communicated in advance .
