The Seller's contracted courier partner(s) will deliver the products to the delivery address provided by the Buyer. The delivery fee is indicated in advance by the system during the ordering process and is visible to the buyer in the total amount.

In the case of some partner service providers (e.g. Pick Pack Pont, Foxpost, PostaPont), the Customer can request delivery to a parcel machine or collection point. The Customer will receive an SMS/email notification of the arrival of the package.

3. Personal collection:
If the Seller operates a physical collection point or showroom, the Buyer may also collect the ordered goods in person after arranging a time. In the case of personal collection, no delivery fee will be charged.

Shipping Rates and Deadlines
The shipping fee depends on the chosen method and the weight/volume of the package. In the web store system, each product has a weight value; the system determines the shipping cost based on the sum of these. The buyer can see the shipping fee in the shopping cart summary.
Attention: Magyar Posta Zrt. delivery methods are only available for products in domestic warehouses. They are not available for products arriving from external warehouses.
Completion deadline
The Seller undertakes to deliver the ordered products to the courier service within 1-2 working days of receipt of the purchase price, if in stock. Delivery by courier service usually takes 2-5 working days within Hungary; delivery to EU member states may take 3-7 working days.
Delivery failed
If the Buyer does not receive the ordered product and does not exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by law, the Seller is entitled to claim the delivery fee and any return shipping costs from the Buyer.
2. Payment Methods
The Seller has the right to unilaterally expand or narrow the payment methods available in the ifitcore.hu web store. The currently available methods are indicated when placing the order.
1. Online payment by bank card
Payment by credit card is made online, securely, through the Mollie Payments payment service system. Transactions are encrypted, and credit card details are not shared with the Seller.
2. Bank transfer in advance
After confirming the order, the Buyer transfers the order amount to the Seller's bank account. It is mandatory to indicate the order identifier in the message field. After receiving the amount, the Seller begins to fulfill the order.
3. Cash on delivery
The Buyer pays the purchase price in cash or by credit card upon receipt of the product at the courier service. The Seller is entitled to charge a separate handling fee in the case of cash on delivery.
Cash on delivery limitation: The Seller reserves the right to provide the cash on delivery payment method only up to a total amount of HUF 20,000 . Above this, only advance payment is available.
Failure to accept a cash on delivery order
If the Buyer does not accept the cash on delivery order without justification, the Seller is entitled to:
- Exclude the Customer from future use of the cash on delivery payment method with immediate effect;
- Record the Customer's data on an internal blacklist;
- In the future, we will only provide you with advance payment methods.
4. Other online payment methods
The online store may support Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wise, and other mobile payment solutions through the Mollie system.
