1. Shipping Methods
Our webshop uses GLS and DPD courier services for deliveries. The shipping fee depends on the total weight of the package and the chosen payment method.

The Seller's contracted courier partners (GLS, DPD) deliver the products to the shipping address provided by the Buyer. The shipping fee is indicated in advance by the system during the order process, and the buyer sees it in the total amount.

2. Parcel point collection:
For some partner services (e.g., GLS ParcelShop, DPD Pickup), the Buyer can request delivery to a parcel locker or collection point. An SMS/email notification will be sent upon package arrival.

3. Personal collection:
If the Seller operates a physical collection point or showroom, the Buyer can pick up the ordered goods in person by appointment. There is no shipping fee for personal collection.

If the Buyer does not take delivery of the ordered product and does not exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal provided by law, the Seller is entitled to claim the delivery fee and any return shipping costs from the Buyer.
3. Payment Methods
The Seller is entitled to unilaterally expand or restrict the available payment methods in the ifitcore.hu webshop. The currently selectable methods are listed when placing the order.
1. Online credit card payment
Online credit card payment is carried out securely through the Mollie Payments payment service provider's system. Transactions are encrypted, and credit card data is not disclosed to the Seller.
2. Bank transfer in advance
Following the order confirmation, the Buyer transfers the value of the order to the Seller's bank account. The order ID must be stated in the comment section. The Seller will begin processing the order after the amount has been received.
3. Cash on delivery
The Buyer pays the purchase price in cash or by credit card to the courier service upon receipt of the product. For cash on delivery orders, a handling fee of 990 Ft is charged.
Cash on delivery restriction: The Seller reserves the right to provide cash on delivery payment method exclusively for a total amount not exceeding 20,000 Ft. Above this amount, only advance payment can be selected.
Failure to collect cash on delivery order
If the Buyer fails to collect a cash on delivery order without justification, the Seller is entitled to:
- Immediately exclude the Buyer from future use of the cash on delivery payment method;
- Record the Buyer's data on an internal blacklist;
- Provide only advance payment methods to them in the future.
4. Other online payment methods
The webshop may offer Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wise, and other mobile payment solutions through the Mollie system.
