Description

The HMS GL120 is a 120 cm long, hardened steel curl bar, perfect for biceps, triceps and forearm exercises. Its ergonomic design takes the strain off your wrists, making it more comfortable and safer to train than a straight bar.

The handle is precisely milled (knurled), providing a stable, non-slip grip even under intense load. The bar is equipped with two star locks , the internal rubber seal of which prevents the discs from moving. The threaded end allows for easy and safe weight placement.

The solid, 30 mm diameter steel bar is massive and durable, and the chrome-plated coating protects against corrosion and preserves the bar's aesthetic appearance for many years. Its maximum load capacity is 100 kg , making it an excellent choice for both home and advanced level workouts.
