The HB12 hip band set is specifically designed to develop the muscles of the lower body, with a special focus on the glutes and the entire thigh muscles. The bands allow for a complete workout on their own, but when combined with other training equipment - for example, with barbell squats - they significantly increase the effectiveness and difficulty level of the exercises.
When using the HB12 hip bands, the adductor muscles are also engaged with each repetition, so the quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes receive an even more intense load.
