The DBX BUSHIDO 150 × 40 cm premium punching bag is a large model designed for technical and punching power training , specially developed for martial arts clubs and demanding home athletes. The 150 cm height allows for full practice of hand and foot techniques , while the 40 cm diameter provides a large training surface for combinations and powerful punches.

The bag is made of multi-layer, highly resistant plawil material , which is excellent for long-term, intensive use. The surface is smooth and pleasant to the touch, so it can be used even for lighter workouts without gloves. The upper part is equipped with a protective tape that extends the life of the bag and the training surface.

The suspension is provided by four welded chains , each with an extreme load capacity, providing a total load capacity of up to 500 kg . The chains are connected to triangular mounting lugs , which provide significantly better weight distribution than traditional round lugs. The package includes a swivel pin , which prevents the chains from twisting during training.

The bottom part is double reinforced , as this is where the greatest load is applied. The lower attachment point allows the bag to be stabilized, reducing swinging during intense training (use of a rubber spider or expander is recommended).
