Description

The HMS GLM120 is a massive 120 cm "heavy bend" curl bar designed to put maximum strain on the arm and forearm muscles. The bent shape provides an ergonomic grip, is gentle on the wrist, and allows for greater muscle activation during bicep curls, tricep exercises, and other upper body strengthening movements.

The bar is made of hardened, solid steel, which is extremely durable, and the chrome-plated surface provides long-term protection against corrosion. The knurled handle provides a secure, non-slip grip even when using heavy weights.

The threaded ends allow for quick, secure disc mounting. The two included star locks have internal rubber seals, so the weights remain stable and stationary during training.

The GLM120 has a higher dead weight than the standard GL120 (7.15 kg), which provides even more stable support and increased load capacity.
