Description

The GO450 HMS is a professional Olympic barbell made of special, hardened, chrome-plated steel. The construction is both extremely durable and flexible, making it ideal for powerlifting with heavy weights, cross-training and functional training. The bar features a precisely milled, non-slip grip surface that provides maximum control even with sweaty hands.

The bar features four needle roller bearings (two on each side) that ensure smooth and continuous rotation even under load. This reduces stress on the wrist and elbow, increasing safety and efficiency throughout the full range of motion.

The 30mm handle diameter provides a comfortable, stable grip, while the 50mm disc section is compatible with all Olympic-sized weight plates. The two included alligator-style screw clamps have a rubberized interior that prevents the plates from moving during training.
