What is the iFitCore Muscle Finder?

The iFitCore Muscle Finder is an interactive 3D equipment finder: select a muscle group or body area on the anatomy model and see the training equipment, machines and accessories in our shop that suit it.

Training mode – equipment by muscle group

Choose chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, back, core, glutes, thighs or calves. Training mode shows the benches, machines and weights tagged for that muscle group, filterable by product type.

Rehabilitation mode – mobility, stability, recovery

Select a body area (neck, shoulder, upper back, lower back, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee, ankle or foot) and answer a few short questions. The Rehab Finder ranks equipment that supports mobility, stability, recovery or gentle strengthening. It is general product guidance, not medical advice.

Frequently asked questions

What is the iFitCore Muscle Finder?

An interactive 3D equipment finder: you select a muscle group on the anatomy model and get matching training equipment from the iFitCore shop. Front and back views are available, and the left-hand list works without the 3D model.

How does the iFitCore Rehab Finder work?

You pick a body area on the 3D model or from the list, complete a short safety check, then say what you experience, when it occurs and what your goal is. The body area is required for a product to appear; goal, experience and movement only rank the results.

What kind of equipment does it recommend?

In Training mode: benches, machines, weights and other equipment for the selected muscle group. In Rehab mode: equipment that supports mobility, stability, recovery or gentle strengthening, based on the tags set in the shop.

Does the Rehab Finder replace medical or physiotherapy advice?

No. It offers general product guidance, does not diagnose medical conditions and does not replace the advice of a doctor or physiotherapist. In case of severe pain, an accident, swelling or numbness, consult a professional first.
